Non-staining Cutting Oil

Vacmul 3 A is a non-staining, low-viscosity mineral oil, intended for use as an EDM fluid or as a light- to moderate-duty honing oil.

Vacmul 3 D is a non-staining, medium-duty, mineral oil-based honing and grinding fluid. It is designed for operation where more difficult-to-machine metals are used. It performs well on both ferrous and nonferrous metals.

Vacmul O 3 D is a non-staining honing oil recommended for rough and finish honing of safety razor blades. It is suitable for light duty high speed applications and for use in large volume circulation systems where continuous filtration is employed.

These products contain low-viscosity petroleum oils. Excessive, prolonged, or repeated skin contact can irritate the skin. If product contact is likely, provide the following information to users:

Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin. Follow good personal hygiene practices; wash contact areas with soap and water.
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; get medical assistance.
When use conditions are likely to result in excessive misting (greater than 5 mg/m3 ), ensure that adequate ventilation or respiratory protection equipment is available.
